A pioneer in the teaching of yoga in Latin America, Gustavo Ponce is a former Chilean Ambassador to Japan, international businessman, writer and columnist in yoga magazines in several countries. He is the founder of the GPBALANCE method.
Two different 50-H modules are designed to give you the basic skills required to understand and adequately practice & transmit GPBALANCE. No order is imposed to participate in the 2 modules, but both are mandatory. Final evaluation depends on your initial theoretical and practical yoga training.
The GPBALANCE book collection consists of 10 books covering a wide range of topics, including aging, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and more. These books are an essential complement to the method’s practice.
