When taking her first steps in Yoga, Tania perceives it as a physical practice, which soon captivates her. This marks a before and after. The connection between health, mind and body leads her to study Biodecoding, starting a path of mental and emotional restructuring. Ayurveda complements her interest, creating new eating habits. Her training path as a Hatha Yoga teacher initially focuses on: Trauma Sensitive Yoga, for the elderly, Prenatal and Flow. Her vision of integrating traditional Yoga practice with today’s demanding lifestyle lead to her latest training as a GPBALANCE instructor. From the beginning, she sees health benefits for her and is determined to learn it to spread the word. She is excited to know that these changes are available to everyone.
