Carlos was born and lives in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. He founded Soham Yoga school and became one of the city’s first certified teachers.
Carlos has a degree in International Business and has been a yoga teacher by vocation for 8 years. He is certified in Hatha Yoga (500 hours), Vinyasa Yoga (300 hours), Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga (600 hours), and more. His goal is to promote health through yoga and other methods.
He encountered Master Gustavo Ponce and his GPBALANCE method in March 2023 in Cozumel. Impressed by what he learned, he found Gustavo Ponce to be the teacher he had been seeking. He treasures the teacher’s books, experiences, and knowledge as a valuable gift for his ongoing growth in yoga and spirituality. He looks forward to studying with him for years to come.
