Originally from Monterrey in Mexico, Isabel is a food and health engineer, she has found her true professional vocation in the field of physical fitness since 1992, as an Aerobics, Spinning and Aquafitness instructor. This is how yoga entered in her life and that she found her way to fulfillment in this discipline. She has been teaching yoga since 2008 and is certified RYT 500 Yoga Alliance USA and RYT 500 Yoga Alliance International of India.
She considers Gustavo Ponce to be one of her main teachers, and has studied many of his main methods such as Sattva, Axis, Dynamic, Prana Shakti and currently GPBALANCE.
Isabel resides in Cozumel, Mexico, where she teaches classes and organizes workshops and retreats.
